We operate flexible maintenance contracts tailored to your fleet's usage and Operator Licence requirements. PMI schedules run every 6, 7 or 8 weeks as required. Our preventative approach is how we achieve a 100% MOT pass rate.
WHAT A PMI COVERS
A Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) is a thorough safety check that helps keep your commercial vehicles roadworthy, compliant, and reliable. Our qualified technicians carry out a full vehicle inspection, identifying any issues before they become costly repairs or lead to vehicle downtime. Any additional work or parts required are estimated and agreed with the customer before it's carried out.

TACHOGRAPH CALIBRATION & ANALYSIS

Tachographs are a legal requirement for most commercial vehicles operating under an Operator Licence. We will be offering tachograph calibration checks at our Manor Royal workshop from September 2026, scheduling them alongside your regular PMI to minimise downtime and keep your compliance documentation in order. We will work with both analogue and digital tachograph systems and issue the required sealing certificates.
